Terms

Wolverine Terms of Service

These terms describe how this Wolverine safety footwear website supports business inquiries, quote requests, and work boot program discussions. The website provides general procurement information and does not replace your employer's hazard assessment, jobsite safety program, training process, or product-specific documentation review.

Quote information

Information submitted through forms is used to respond to your request. Product availability, toe type, outsole options, waterproofing, width range, and delivery timing are confirmed during quote review. Any standards reference, including ASTM F2413-18 or EN ISO 20345:2022, must be validated against the specific selected product and region before purchase.

No unsupported safety claims

Wolverine does not state that footwear makes a workplace completely safe. Employers remain responsible for hazard assessments, training, PPE selection, use instructions, maintenance, and replacement decisions. OSHA language on this site relates to workplace planning responsibilities and is not presented as product approval.

Website use

Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the service, or submit misleading information. We may update page content, product descriptions, or these terms as program needs change. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version of these terms.

Product planning responsibility

Boot recommendations discussed through this website are based on the information you provide. Your organization is responsible for confirming the final footwear choice, checking the product marking, training workers on use and care, and replacing footwear when wear or damage requires it. Wolverine may suggest questions about toe protection, electrical hazard marking, waterproofing, outsole condition, width, and delivery timing, but those suggestions are not a substitute for internal approval. If a job role changes or a workplace exposure is different from what you first submitted, send an updated request before relying on an earlier quote.

Communication records

We may keep inquiry records, quote notes, and related correspondence so future replacement or replenishment requests can be handled more consistently. These records help us understand your previous size curve, product interest, and documentation needs. They do not create a commitment to supply a specific product until availability, price, and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.
