Scenario B: You are an employer or safety manager. Do not add pepper spray to a company PPE list without legal review. A workplace policy on weapons and violence matters. What is legal for an individual may not be allowed by company policy or union agreement.

Scenario C: You are considering carrying it as a deterrent. Understand that self-defense is the legal hook.
